Terms of Use

MY RIGHTS
1. All rights to the commissioned artwork are retained by me, the artist.
2. Unless otherwise specified, I, the artist, maintain the right to share commissioned artwork online.
3. The artwork must be credited to me, the artist.YOUR RIGHTS
1. The commissioned artwork can be uploaded online by you, the customer.

1. How will you keep me up to date on my commissions?

Workflow

  • [Work time: 4 days to 2 month] / project

  • Confirmation (We'll have a casual conversation to acquire an overall idea for this project.) Things I Need To Start: »Concept character art/ Reference image/ Sheet with colors/Characteristics of your character [Teen, Grown-up, Hot Mama/Papa].

  • Sketching phase (I will email you the PayPal invoice for international and my GCash for local, then I will proceed to sketching the project. Revision at this stage can be entertain)

  • Down payment (50% or 100%) [The workflow will be calculated the same day the payment is received. Unless there is a waiting list, I will notify you of the estimated available time.]

  • For a 50% down payment, update line art with my watermark.

  • For a 50% down payment, subsequent progress, of course with my watermark.

  • For a 50% down payment, update final with my watermark.

  • Full payment for the down payment. (Will be done through invoice for international and GCash for local)

  • Shipping of artwork (Email)
